Qualifications:

- 5–6 years of experience
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, or equivalent proficiency.
- Experience with AMS-RF circuit design, including:
- Virtuoso Schematics Editor
- ADE (Analog Design Environment)
- Exposure to analog design techniques and simulation (Cadence Assembler/Explorer)

- Hands-on experience with AMS-RF physical implementation flow from floorplan to GDS, including:

- Floorplanning
- Placement
- Routing
- Verification (LVS, DRC, Antenna checks)

- Experience with Cadence layout environment, including:

- Layout XL Compliance
- Constraint Manager
- Design Intent
- CLE, EAD
- Automatic router tools

- Familiarity with UNIX environment
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in technical documentation and communication in English
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

Considered a Plus:

- Experience in design migration between different foundries and nodes
- Knowledge of Cadence SKILL scripting language
- Experience with Data Management tools such as DesignSync Dassault




- Experience with sign-off checks, including Parasitic Extraction and EMIR
