L2 Application Support Engineer (SFTP & File Transfer Operations)

- The L2 Application Support Engineer – SFTP & File Transfer Operations is responsible for providing Level 2 operational support for secure file transfer services supporting AEBC India technology platforms. The role ensures the availability, integrity, and timely processing of inbound and outbound file exchanges while coordinating with vendors and L3 teams to resolve production issues.

- The role acts as the primary operational coordinator for batch processing, file transfer monitoring, and partner connectivity within the Production Assurance Team.
