Role Description The Business Analyst at PPStack will work in a full-time, remote capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve educational products, platforms, and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into clear specifications for product, technology, and operations teams.

The role involves conducting data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making across EdTech, career services, and digital solutions.

Analyst will facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-evolving digital learning environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Business Process understanding, modeling, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess the ability to capture, prioritize, and manage Business Requirements across stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, consulting, or SaaS environments, and familiarity with AI or data-driven products, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with analytical and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL basics, BI tools, workflow or diagramming software) and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are advantageous.
