About The Client

Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Client Web services (AWS)

- Manage core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, Cloud watch)

- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.

- Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and operational teams to ensure seamless deployments and runtime stability

- Design and manage contact solution using Client connect.

- Integrate connect with Lambda, Lex bots and external system (CRM, API)

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar

Qualifications

- Familiarity with Client lex, Lambda integration.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, and SQS

- Hands-on experience in building scalable backend services using Node.js with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-grade code.

Good to Have

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures

- Proven experience working with Client Connect, including contact flows, Lambda integrations, and APIs

- Solid understanding of high availability, fault tolerance, and resiliency patterns in cloud-native systems

- Experience with AWS core services: API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS/SQS





- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git-based workflows.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in production and customer-facing environments
