Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Amazon Account Manager with at least 1+year of experience handling domestic clients to manage and grow our brand’s presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and driving sales growth while ensuring account health and compliance with Amazon’s policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage & Optimize Listings: Improve product visibility by optimizing titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
- Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize sales and ROI.
- Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates, and sales trends) and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Inventory & Order Management: Ensure proper stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Stay updated with Amazon’s latest policies and ensure account compliance.
- Customer Engagement: Handle customer queries, reviews,



and feedback to enhance brand reputation.
- Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze competitors’ strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to align Amazon strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon accounts for domestic clients.
- Robust understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Experience with Amazon PPC advertising and SEO optimization.
- Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Seller App is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
