ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Amazon Account Health Specialist to protect and restore Amazon seller accounts when listings, ASINs, or entire accounts face policy violations, suppression, suspension, or enforcement action.

You’ll personally investigate issues, determine the evidence Amazon requires, write appeals and Plans of Action, manage Seller Central cases through resolution, and work to get listings and accounts reinstated.

This is not a general Amazon VA or account-management position. Experience with listings, flat files, inventory, FBA shipments, PPC, or catalog maintenance alone is not enough.

We need someone who has personally handled real Amazon Account Health cases and understands how authenticity complaints, condition complaints, intellectual-property notices, policy violations, and ASIN restrictions require different strategies and documentation.

This is a full-time, remote role working U.S. business hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

IMPORTANT: You should be able to clearly describe Amazon Account Health cases you personally resolved — what happened, what evidence you gathered, what you submitted, how you escalated the case, and what the final outcome was.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Write Amazon appeals and Plans of Action for suspensions, policy violations, warnings, and account restrictions
- Handle product-authenticity and product-condition complaints and determine the evidence required for each case
- Manage intellectual-property and brand-infringement notices, including coordination with rights owners when appropriate
- Work ASIN suppressions and restricted-product cases through reinstatement
- Open Seller Central cases in the correct channels and actively drive them through resolution
- Escalate cases when responses stall or become repetitive
- Assemble supporting evidence including supplier invoices, bills of lading, purchase orders, and purchase records




- Review documents critically and determine whether they are likely to meet Amazon’s requirements
- Monitor the Account Health Dashboard and identify risks before they escalate
- Identify and recover eligible Amazon reimbursements related to lost or damaged inventory, incorrect fees, or unreturned units
- Keep sellers informed with proactive, clear updates — including when the situation is difficult

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on Amazon Account Health, appeals, and dispute-resolution experience
- Demonstrated experience writing Amazon appeals and Plans of Action that were actually submitted
- Experience resolving ASIN suppressions, policy violations, or account suspensions
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon policy-enforcement categories and the evidence required for different cases
- Experience opening, managing, following up on, and escalating Seller Central cases
- Ability to organize and evaluate invoices, supplier documents, and other supporting evidence
- Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English with clear, structured, professional appeal writing
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
- Proactive communication and follow-through without needing to be chased
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple active cases
- Availability to work U.S. business hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET

NICE TO HAVE

- Amazon reimbursement-recovery experience
- Experience resolving complex or significant Amazon suspensions
- Experience with bundled or multi-component product intellectual-property claims
- Experience supporting U.S.-based Amazon sellers or e-commerce businesses
- Robust research and documentation skills
- Experience building or improving reimbursement and dispute-resolution processes
