4. Campus Engagement & Development program

Key Skills
- Experience: 2 – 4 years
- Qualification Background: MBA/PGPM (HR)

Prior Experience/Background

- Experience in Talent Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative and team-work • Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow –through
- Advances MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
