About The Job:

- Desired Experience Range: 5–10 years

- Normally at least a Master’s degree from a college or university.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the aviation domain.

Essential Job Functions

- Understands Amadeus LSS

- Broad airline industry knowledge, specifically in Airport, Ground handling, and Departure Control

- Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly complex level within areas of expertise

- Experience in and ability to take partial responsibility for technically complex assignments

- Built strong knowledge of relevant products, tools, and technology through documented project experience

- Demonstrates strong business understanding and broad knowledge of how products can support different business issues

- Able to lead, train, and coach other assignment members

- Capable of assuming roles such as Head Integrator or Specialist in specific fields

- Possesses expertise in one or more technologies with broad-ranging knowledge of other relevant technologies

Qualifications

- Competent in Altea DCS

- Good knowledge of Passenger & Baggage processes, including irregularity handling

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Amadeus GDS

- At least 5 years’ working experience with Ground handling

- Knowledge of business processes and application maintenance at a specialist level

- Understanding of IT environments, including standards and integration

- Knowledge of ITIL and Lean principles

- Familiarity with Agile and traditional development methodologies





- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT providers

- Skilled in problem analysis and solution design

- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and sense of purpose

- Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptation of services

- Understanding of DCS user access and permissions

- Knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) is a merit

- Experience in schedule distribution

- Knowledge of Ground handling processes
