Role Overview

Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and developing a high-quality network and database of senior industry practitioners, consultants, educators, speakers, and subject-matter experts across APAC for executive education and corporate learning engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, interview and shortlist senior experts against highly specific industry, functional, geographic, language, and seniority requirements.
- Conduct advanced LinkedIn and market research to identify credible and differentiated practitioners.
- Validate profiles,



professional experience, subject expertise, and teaching/facilitation capability.
- Build strategic faculty pools and market maps across priority APAC markets and emerging business topics.
- Translate client/program requirements into effective sourcing strategies and recommend suitable expert profiles.
- Partner with BD, program, and internal stakeholders to manage urgent and longer-term faculty requirements.
- Identify emerging experts and unconventional talent pools beyond traditional academic networks.
- Prepare and Maintain high-quality, verified expert databases, Educator Bios and intelligence for future requirements.
- Tools Knowledge : LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales navigator, Excel (basics of V look up/H-Look up and pivot) and PPT/Canva

Must-Have Qualifications

- Proven experience in sourcing/recruiting or talent research (preferably in faculty hiring)
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator for advanced sourcing
- Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivot tables) for maintaining databases
- Ability to interview and evaluate candidates against specific industry, functional, and seniority criteria
- Strong written/verbal communication for stakeholder coordination (BD, program teams)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working across APAC geographies or multi-market sourcing
