Role Summary

Experienced Quality Engineering professional responsible for driving quality assurance across the software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on Agile delivery, test automation, regression testing and quality engineering best practices.

- Work in an Agile SDLC environment and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing quality assurance inputs and recommendations.

- Define and implement the test automation strategy aligned to project quality goals.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, JavaScript, TypeScript Java, Selenium, and TestNG.

- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks to support productive and effective testing.

- Develop and execute in-sprint automation and regression automation suites.

- Perform user interactions such as data entry, navigation, scrolling,



form submission, and validation across complex applications.

- Utilize appropriate assertion techniques (hard and soft assertions) to validate application behavior and expected outcomes.

- Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and continuously improve test effectiveness and maintainability.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving automation adoption, quality best practices, and overall testing efficiency.

- Create robust and maintainable test suites using Playwright Test Runner and industry best practices.

Technical Expertise

- Strong understanding of Playwright architecture, browser contexts, page objects, fixtures, hooks, and parallel execution.

- Expertise in identifying and handling dynamic UI elements using Playwright locators.
