ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer with strong Salesforce development expertise and hands-on experience in Agentforce & Agentforce Vibes. You will lead the design, development, configuration and deployment of intelligent Salesforce agents aligned with business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as an SME for Agentforce implementations

- Design and develop Salesforce agents using Agentforce & Agentforce Vibes
- Configure prompts, intents, workflows and orchestration logic
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex & external systems
- Review configurations and Salesforce code
- Troubleshoot agent behavior and performance issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders and guide development teams




- Support solution design, estimation and technical leadership
- Ensure scalability, security and platform best practices

• 8–12 years of overall experience
- Strong Salesforce implementation experience
- Hands-on Agentforce implementation experience
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Robust stakeholder communication & technical leadership
