We are hiring a skilled and experienced Air Ticketing Executive to join our travel operations team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ticketing systems and a positive understanding of international and domestic ticket booking processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight bookings through GDS or airline portals.

Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and re-bookings.

Provide fare quotations, itinerary options, and travel advice to clients.

Issue, reissue, and refund air tickets as per airline policies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules,



fare structures, and travel regulations.

Resolve customer queries related to bookings and ticketing promptly and professionally.

Maintain booking records and coordinate with travel partners and airlines.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in air ticketing or travel industry.

Certification or diploma in Air Ticketing or IATA (preferred).

Knowledge of GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of visa and travel documentation will be an advantage.
