Key Responsibilities for Air Freight:

1. Manage end to end shipment coordination for Air Freight (Import & Export).
2. Quotation preparation, pricing negotiation & deal closure.

- Experience in preparing and managing shipping documentation (AWB, invoices, packing lists, export/import documents) and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of air freight operations, including booking procedures, cargo handling, and airline regulations.

1. Coordinate with airlines, agents, CHA, transporter & warehouses.
2. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication & service excellence.

- Proficiency in using logistics or freight management systems, MS Office tools, and maintain DSR.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2.



Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in air freight.
3. Strong knowledge of air operations, pricing & documentation.
4. Excellent Communication, customer handling skills and MS Office.
