Role Description The Air Ticket Booking role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The role involves handling domestic and international flight bookings, modifying itineraries, and processing cancellations and reschedules as per customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with airlines and travel partners, verifying fares and schedules, managing PNRs, and ensuring accurate issuance of tickets.

The role requires providing clear information on travel options,



baggage rules, and refund policies, while maintaining up-to-date records in booking systems. The position also involves resolving customer queries, following company procedures, and supporting colleagues during peak travel periods.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of Export and Freight processes, especially related to travel and cargo coordination.
- Ability to provide Training on booking procedures and systems to team members when required.
- Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., GDS platforms) and basic understanding of fare rules.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with computers and office software for documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or transportation services is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field is an advantage.
