Generalist – AI Training & Data Annotation

About the Role

We are looking for Generalists to contribute to projects focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems. The role involves analyzing data, evaluating AI-generated responses, providing high-quality written feedback, and completing research and reasoning-based tasks across different topics.

Prior AI experience is not required . Candidates with strong critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities

- Analyze, evaluate, and annotate different types of data for AI training and validation .
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and quality .
- Provide clear and structured written feedback based on project guidelines.
- Complete research, reasoning, and problem-solving tasks across multiple domains.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in model outputs.
- Follow detailed guidelines and quality standards consistently.




- Collaborate remotely and communicate findings effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in data annotation, data labeling, content review, research, QA, AI evaluation, or similar work is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools or AI training projects is beneficial but not mandatory .
- Experience working in remote or digital-first environments.
