- Good Understanding of Monitoring Tools & alerts Monitoring Process and Management (Example: SolarWinds, Datadog, etc.) N
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and application environment and significance of the technology stack. N
- Good understanding and hands on experience in Certificate management (Internal & External) and renewal process N
- Good analytical skills to understand data patterns, trends and create a plan for continuous improvement N
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills N
- Hands-on Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, Experience in creating Reports, dashboards N
