Software is building an AI-powered Knowledge Automation Platform that transforms unstructured documents into structured knowledge, business rules, decision systems, and intelligent knowledge assets. Our platform leverages Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Document Intelligence technologies to automate knowledge extraction and enterprise decision-making.

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer who enjoys solving complex document intelligence challenges and building next-generation AI systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG systems, document processing pipelines, rule extraction engines, and enterprise AI applications.

Your Role

As a Software Developer, you will work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and domain experts to build intelligent document processing and knowledge automation solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop AI-powered document ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Build Knowledge Extraction Engines using NLP, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Develop document-to-knowledge compilers that transform PDFs, Word documents, policies, regulations, and manuals into structured knowledge.
- Build AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows for enterprise automation.
- Develop rule extraction and rule generation frameworks from business documents.
- Create semantic search and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Develop backend APIs and AI services using Python.
- Design and optimize document processing pipelines for scalability and performance.
- Build and maintain MySQL databases for knowledge repositories and AI applications.
- Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and Open Source LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI architectures.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI and GenAI technologies.





Required SkillsProgramming & Development

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience working with JSON, XML, and structured data formats.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

- Robust understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience working with NLP (Natural Language Processing).
- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and AI Agent architectures.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications and workflows.

RAG & Knowledge Systems

- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Experience with embeddings, semantic search, and vector retrieval.
- Understanding of enterprise knowledge management systems.
- Experience with Vector Databases and semantic indexing.

Document Processing

- Experience with PDF, DOCX, OCR, and document parsing technologies.
- Knowledge of document structure extraction and metadata extraction.
- Experience with document intelligence platforms and libraries.
- Understanding of knowledge object extraction and rule extraction methodologies.

Database

- Strong experience with MySQL.
- Database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI projects.
- Experience building production-grade applications using Python.
- Demonstrated experience through enterprise projects, products, or research work.
