Role Description The AI Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing AI initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring that projects meet defined business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communication, defining program scope and milestones, tracking progress, and resolving risks or dependencies.

The AI Program Manager will collaborate with data science, engineering, product, and operations teams to align technical solutions with enterprise use cases and performance metrics. The role also involves documenting program plans, maintaining governance processes, and continuously improving implementation frameworks for AI agents and related workflows.

Qualifications

- Program and project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working with AI, data, or software engineering teams, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Strong communication,



documentation, and presentation skills for engaging with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess program performance, interpret data, and drive outcome-focused decisions.
- Background in technology, engineering, business, or related fields; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise environments, change management, and process improvement is beneficial.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, AI/ML concepts, and cloud-based solutions is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

▸ 3+ years in Program Management, Technology Consulting

▸ Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech), MBA from a top institution preferred.

▸ Experience with AI products, Enterprise SaaS, Digital Transformation, or B2B technology products.

▸ Familiarity with modern product and project tools — Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp, Linear, Miro, Figma.

▸ Prior experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or enterprise AI deployments is a strong plus but not required — we will teach you.

▸ Experience in consulting is valued for the structured thinking and client management skills it develops.
