Role Overview:

We are hiring an AI/ML Specialist with robust experience in testing AI and data-driven systems. This role focuses on validating, breaking, and improving AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and responsible use in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities:

- Test and validate AI/ML models across NLP, recommendation systems, and fraud detection

- Assess model accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance

- Perform data validation, model testing, and drift detection

- Design and execute automated test cases for ML pipelines

- Integrate AI/ML testing into CI/CD workflows

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to improve model quality

- Document findings and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML systems and model testing

- Strong understanding of NLP, recommendation engines, and fraud models

- Hands-on with Python and testing frameworks like PyTest

- Experience using MLflow and TensorFlow Model Analysis

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
