About The Job:

- Experience: 5-7 Years (Consultant)
- Associate Consultant – 3-5 Years
- We are looking for highly skilled AI/ML Python Developers with strong experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications.
- The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Python development, FastAPI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-native application development.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable AI/ML applications using Python.
- Develop and deploy RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and MLOps teams to operationalize AI models.
- Develop AI services and microservices using containerized environments.
- Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise applications.
- Work with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support cloud deployments across AWS and Azure environments.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills

- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects.
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and model integration.
- Experience working with LLM/Generative AI applications.
- REST API development experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker.
- Experience with GitLab/GitLab CI-CD.
- Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals.

Preferred Skills
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
- LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Kubernetes.
- MLOps concepts and deployment pipelines.
- Vector Databases.
- AI Agent Frameworks.

Consultant (3-5 Years)
- 3-5 years of experience in Python application development.
- Experience developing AI/ML-powered applications.
- Robust FastAPI and REST API development skills.




- Ability to independently develop and deploy AI services.

Associate Consultant (5-7 Years)
- 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML and backend engineering.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable AI platforms and services.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and driving technical design decisions.
- Ability to lead AI application development and deployment initiatives.
