AI/ML Engineer – LLM & SLM

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: India – Remote

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with solid hands-on experience in LLM/SLM development, fine-tuning, and deployment.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP or related fields.

Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.

Experience fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT and SFT.

Experience with open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Gemma, Phi, or similar.

Strong understanding of Transformer architecture, tokenization, datasets and model evaluation.

Experience with model quantization and inference optimization.

Hands-on experience deploying models using vLLM, TGI, TensorRT-LLM or similar.

Good understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector databases.

Exposure to MLflow/MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Must Have: Proven hands-on experience in LLM/SLM fine-tuning, not just GenAI application/RAG development.
