AI & Digital Transformation Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI & Digital Transformation Manager to lead digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and automation initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing AI-enabled solutions, driving innovation, and delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organizations Digital & AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, and automation use cases.
- Lead the delivery and implementation of AI, GenAI, analytics, and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and design effective digital solutions.
- Govern the complete AI lifecycle, MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Ensure data quality, data governance, AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance.
- Drive intelligent automation and process optimization across business functions.
- Manage digital platforms, technology vendors, external partners, and solution providers.
- Monitor solution adoption, business impact, ROI, and value realization of digital initiatives.
- Lead and mentor Digital, AI, Analytics, and technology teams.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies and evaluate their potential business applications.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Analytics, Automation, and technology implementation.
- Solid understanding of FMCG industry processes and business operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in identifying and implementing AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, and automation use cases.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, technology partners, and digital transformation projects.

Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
- AWS Machine Learning Specialty
- PMP / Agile / Scrum
- Data Analytics / AI-related certifications
