AI/ML Developer

Job Summary

Memighty is seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust experience with Python, data processing, machine learning frameworks, and model integration.

Responsibilities

- Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Build AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive models, and automation tools.
- Integrate AI models into web and mobile applications using REST APIs.
- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Work with natural language processing, computer vision, or generative AI based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to implement AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot model accuracy, data quality, performance, and integration issues. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented Python code. Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and generative AI.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn,



and data visualization libraries.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building APIs. Basic knowledge of SQL databases, Git, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings, or vector databases is a plus.
- Knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms, and MLOps tools is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
