Role Description The AI Instructor role at AcceleratorX is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The instructor will design and deliver AI-focused curricula, including lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based learning for diverse groups of learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, explaining complex AI concepts in accessible terms, guiding learners through coding exercises and real-world applications, and providing regular feedback on assignments and projects.

The AI Instructor will also collaborate with the curriculum and product teams to update course content based on industry trends,



contribute to assessments and certification processes, and participate in learner mentoring, workshops, and community events.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related areas such as Deep Learning or Data Science.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (for example, Python) and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and patiently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to design structured learning materials, evaluate learner progress, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and engaging with cross-functional teams in Bengaluru.
- Experience with industry projects or applied AI solutions is a plus, as is prior work in edtech or professional training.
