Description A top-tier corporate retail financial services institution seeks an AI GEO Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience in NLP, data science pipelines, and conversational AI deployment. The role focuses on building and optimizing architectures for Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization to enhance corporate knowledge structuring and semantic pipelines.

Role: AI GEO Engineer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site / Work from Office)

Experience

- 1 to 4 years of full-time, hands-on industry experience as an NLP Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or Machine Learning Developer

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science
- equivalent technical stream from a highly recognized engineering institute

Responsibilities

- Develop, evaluate, and maintain production-grade Generative Engine Optimization workflows
- Implement semantic search retrieval architectures using embedding models, document chunking, and context routing
- Design and optimize conversational retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with secure enterprise vector storage
- Build stateful multi-agent orchestrations, custom tool-calling frameworks, and self-correcting prompt loops
- Execute validation benchmarking routines tracking prompt alignment, context relevance, and accuracy metrics




- Partner with backend engineers and database specialists to monitor high-volume feature ingestion streams

Additional Responsibilities

- Structure corporate knowledge and refine data indexing frameworks
- Design semantic pipelines to improve ranking and accuracy within conversational large language model platforms
- Minimize processing hallucinations in generative platforms
