About the Role

We are looking for an AI-First Video Editor who combines strong traditional video editing skills with hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools .

The ideal candidate should be able to take a concept or brief and independently transform it into a complete, engaging video — from concept, scripting and visuals to AI video generation, voiceover, motion graphics, editing and final delivery .

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond traditional editing and constantly explores how AI can improve video quality, speed and scalability .

Key Responsibilities

- Create end-to-end videos for social media, marketing, SaaS, product, brand and promotional content .
- Convert ideas, briefs or concepts into complete videos with minimal supervision.
- Edit professional-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects .
- Create and integrate AI-generated videos, images, voiceovers, music and visual assets .
- Work with AI video generation tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, Sora or equivalent platforms.
- Use AI tools for script development, storyboarding, visual creation, voice generation, dubbing and content enhancement .
- Create AI avatar and talking-head videos using tools such as HeyGen or similar platforms.
- Combine real footage + AI-generated content + motion graphics + screen recordings to create hybrid videos.
- Develop engaging Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube videos, advertisements, explainers and product videos .
- Create multiple versions,



hooks and formats of the same content for different platforms.
- Add motion graphics, typography, transitions, captions, sound effects, music and visual effects .
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media videos.
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI video, image, audio and creative tools .
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive production tasks and build repeatable AI-first workflows .
- Maintain high standards of visual quality, storytelling, pacing, composition and audio .

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of professional video editing experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro .
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects .
- Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing and visual composition .
- Experience creating social media, marketing or promotional videos .
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, typography, colour correction and sound design .
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video or creative tools .
- Ability to independently take a project from brief/concept to final video .
- Robust creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content production environment.
- A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory .

You do not need to know every tool. We value candidates who actively experiment with AI and understand how to incorporate it into practical video-production workflows.
