Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and cutting-edge AI Expert / Lead AI Implementer to support the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across our software development lifecycle. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI strategy and technical implementation by developing and integrating AI solutions into ongoing projects, enabling engineering teams to leverage AI effectively, and collaborating with clients to identify practical and high-value AI use cases.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI implementation, strong software development skills, and the ability to conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using emerging AI technologies. You will play an important role in driving AI adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities

AI Strategy & Implementation

Support the implementation of AI strategies and technical roadmaps across software development projects.

Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing development, testing, and engineering workflows.

Implement AI-powered solutions that improve software development productivity, quality, automation, and efficiency.

Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and project teams to translate AI opportunities into practical technical solutions.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions based on technical feasibility and business value.

Training & Enablement

Train, mentor, and enable developers and testers on the effective use of AI tools and methodologies.

Promote the use of AI coding assistants, AI-driven testing tools, and AI-enabled SDLC practices.

Develop demonstrations, technical guidance, and best practices to accelerate AI adoption across engineering teams.

Support teams in identifying appropriate AI tools for coding, QA, test automation, documentation, and other software engineering activities.

Client Consulting

Participate in client discussions as an AI subject matter expert.





Understand client business and technology challenges and identify relevant AI opportunities.

Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value, outcomes, and potential ROI.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define actionable AI use cases and implementation approaches.

Support technical presentations, solution discussions, and AI capability showcases.

Proof of Concept & Innovation

Design, develop, and evaluate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for emerging AI and Generative AI technologies.

Assess the technical feasibility, scalability, security, and business value of AI solutions.

Rapidly prototype AI use cases and demonstrate outcomes to engineering teams, leadership, and clients.

Document PoC findings, lessons learned, technical recommendations, and potential production implementation approaches.

Stay current with emerging AI/ML, Generative AI, AI-assisted development, and automation technologies.

AI Advocacy & Showcasing

Present successful AI implementations, PoC outcomes, and best practices to internal teams and leadership.

Support AI awareness and adoption initiatives across the engineering organization.

Act as an AI champion by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Contribute to internal AI knowledge repositories, technical documentation, and reusable assets.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

3+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technology roles.

Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML models or Generative AI solutions.

Experience integrating AI capabilities into software development or enterprise applications.

Experience working with modern software development practices and programming languages.

Exposure to AI implementations in production or enterprise environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts.

Hands-on experience with AI tools supporting the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-driven development tools.

Knowledge of AI-powered testing frameworks and test automation.

Strong programming experience with Python, Java, .NET, or equivalent modern programming languages.

Understanding of MLOps principles and practices.

Experience developing AI/ML prototypes, PoCs, or production solutions.

Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their applicability to business and engineering use cases.

Preferred Skills





Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered enterprise applications.

Exposure to AI platforms and services from Azure, AWS, GCP, or equivalent cloud providers.

Experience with AI-assisted software development and DevSecOps/CI/CD environments.

Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and data privacy considerations.

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, or development platforms.

Experience conducting technical PoCs and innovation initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for emerging technologies.
