Position:
AI Engineering Lead / Architect
Experience: 10+ Years Overall
AI/ML Engineering Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience building production-grade AI/ML systems
Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG & NLP
Experience with AWS Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker
Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, Glue & EKS
Experience building Data & AI pipelines
Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, Monitoring & Model
Versioning
Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.
Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes
Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Security, Guardrails & Governance
Domain Preference
Experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
Interview Steps: Technical Round (online) --> Leadership Round --> Face to face final Round (Mandatory in office) --> HR Round
