About The Job:

- We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and modern AI application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions leveraging traditional machine learning techniques as well as cutting-edge Generative AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale AI initiatives, build production-grade AI systems, and collaborate closely with data, engineering, and business teams to solve complex problems.

Essential Job Functions:

Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business-critical use cases.

- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.

- Build predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Evaluate model performance and implement continuous improvements.

Generative AI & Agentic Systems

- Architect and develop advanced Generative AI solutions.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.

- Design and implement multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and knowledge repositories.

Cloud Deployment & Scalability

- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Cloud Engineers to operationalize AI solutions.

- Containerize and deploy machine learning and GenAI applications into production environments.

- Optimize inference performance, scalability, and reliability of AI workloads.

- Work across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Databricks.





Collaboration & Innovation

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements.

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Proven experience building and deploying Machine Learning models.

- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.

- Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures and vector databases.

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines.

- Experience with Docker and cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, or similar AI platforms.

- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques and prompt engineering.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.

- Experience building enterprise-grade AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
