: FullStack Application Engineer (Java | Angular/React | AWS | AI/GenAI)

Role Overview The FullStack Application Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering highquality software solutions across the backend and frontend ecosystem. The role combines strong engineering fundamentals, cloudnative development, and emerging AIdriven solution capabilities. The engineer will partner closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and innovative applications that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Delivery

- Develop and deliver highquality application features within agreed timelines.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Meet sprint commitments with minimal rework and maintain strong code quality.

2. FullStack Development Excellence

- Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive, usercentric frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Deliver reusable UI components, modular code, and maintainable application structures.

3. AIPowered Solution Development

- Contribute to AIenabled application development and GenAI feature integrations.
- Design intelligent workflows and conversational experiences such as chatbots.
- Work with AI/ML engineering teams to embed smart capabilities into applications.

4. AWS Cloud Adoption & Operations

- Develop, deploy, and maintain applications on AWS cloud environments.
- Support cloud cost optimization, performance tuning,



and operational monitoring.
- Utilize AWS-native services to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

5. Quality, Security & Reliability

- Apply secure coding practices across all components.
- Identify, address, and prevent security vulnerabilities proactively.
- Ensure system reliability through testing, monitoring, and good engineering hygiene.

6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and product owners.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retros.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and development workflows.

7. Learning & Innovation

- Continuously enhance technical skills in Java, Angular/React, AI/GenAI, and AWS.
- Explore new technologies, frameworks, and design approaches.
- Bring forward cutting-edge ideas to strengthen application capabilities and engineering practices.

Qualifications & Skills (Suggested)

- Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful service development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular or React frameworks.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or conversational AI tools is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in an Agile delivery model.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.
