About The Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer who can take ownership of projects from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and capable of understanding complex problem statements without requiring detailed instructions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and shipping AI-driven automation solutions tailored to our clients' needs across various sectors including insurance, cybersecurity, healthcare, and more.

This role demands a high level of technical proficiency across the full stack, from backend architecture and API development to frontend design and implementation. You will utilize advanced AI tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI APIs daily to enhance productivity, debug complex issues, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Your work will directly impact client outcomes, making precision, reliability, and quality paramount.

As part of our collaborative environment, you will contribute to building reusable workflows, prompt templates,



and internal automation tools that elevate the entire team’s efficiency. You will also be expected to work within our structured delivery cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs that meet our standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience building production-grade software, not just academic or tutorial projects.
- Strong full-stack development skills, capable of creating backend APIs, integrating databases, and developing frontend interfaces.
- Proven experience working with Claude Code, n8n, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Next.js/React, Claude API, OpenAI API, and webhook-based integrations.
- Active daily user of Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding tools, with demonstrated ability to ship production code efficiently.
- Autonomous work ethic with the ability to interpret project briefs, break down tasks, and deliver independently within deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills suitable for asynchronous collaboration through Slack, Loom, and Notion.
- Strong ownership mindset, with accountability for your work and proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop comprehensive AI systems for clients in various sectors, ensuring real data, real users, and tangible business outcomes.
- Architect and implement backend solutions utilizing Supabase, PostgreSQL, and serverless functions, managing data models, APIs, authentication, and system reliability.
- Create complex workflows that orchestrate multi-step automations, including API calls, data transformations,



conditional logic, error handling, webhook integrations, and scheduling.
- Integrate AI models like Claude and OpenAI into production environments with proper prompt engineering, output validation, fallback mechanisms, and cost optimization.
- Develop frontend interfaces using Next.js, React, and Tailwind, ensuring they are polished, professional, and user-friendly when required.
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of your projects, rigorously testing your work, catching edge cases, and resolving issues promptly in production.
- Utilize Claude Code daily to accelerate development, debugging, and handling complex logic, ensuring high productivity and quality.
- Build reusable workflows, prompt templates, and internal tools that enhance team productivity and automate manual processes.
- Follow our structured delivery process, including cycles, quality gates, and documentation, to ensure consistent and reliable outputs.
