About the Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy designer to join our Print Innovation & Creative Lab. The candidate will be responsible for creating original apparel graphics, exploring AI-powered design concepts, researching trends and converting creative ideas into production-ready T-shirt artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Create original T-shirt graphics, illustrations and apparel designs using AI and conventional design tools.
- Use AI tools to generate and develop multiple creative design concepts quickly.
- Develop and maintain a unique UrGear design language for men's and women's apparel.
- Research Indian and international fashion, graphic and print trends.
- Identify trending themes, styles, colours, typography and graphic concepts.
- Convert AI-generated concepts into high-quality, production-ready artwork.
- Prepare artwork according to printing requirements, including layers, colours, size and placement.
- Collaborate with the print technology and production team to develop innovative print designs and effects.
- Explore new AI tools, design techniques and creative technologies.
- Continuously improve design quality, creativity and production speed.




- Support the team in developing new products and print collections.

Required Skills
- Strong graphic design and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva or similar design tools.
- Good knowledge of AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI or similar platforms.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts and refine AI-generated outputs.
- Good understanding of colour, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Interest in fashion, apparel, T-shirt graphics and print design.
- Basic understanding of print-ready artwork and garment printing is an advantage.
- Strong research, observation and trend-analysis skills.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new AI and design technologies.

Who Can Apply? Non-IT candidates are welcome. Candidates from Design, Fine Arts, Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Visual Communication, Multimedia or any other background can apply if they have strong design skills and knowledge of AI tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
