ABOUT THE ROLE

Avaali Solutions is looking for an AI Business Consultant who will serve as the bridge between enterprise business challenges and AI-powered solutions delivered through our proprietary Avagama platform. This role combines business consulting acumen with hands-on platform delivery - you will engage directly with customers to understand their processes, identify automation and intelligence opportunities, and own the end-to-end build of solutions including agentic AI workflows, intelligent document processing pipelines, and process orchestration layers.

You will work within the Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation Practice, collaborating with delivery teams, pre-sales, and product engineering to position and deploy Avagama-powered solutions across industries including BFSI, manufacturing, retail, energy, and facilities management.

ABOUT AVAGAMA

Avagama is Avaali's proprietary SAP-aware enterprise process intelligence and agentic AI orchestration platform. It enables organizations to discover, analyze, and automate complex business processes by combining process mining, AI-driven decision intelligence, and an agentic orchestration engine that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step enterprise workflows autonomously. Avagama is designed for deep SAP integration while remaining vendor-agnostic across ERP and enterprise landscapes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Discovery & Process Understanding

- Conduct structured discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to map current-state business processes, pain points, and transformation goals.
- Translate business process narratives into structured process maps, value-stream views, and opportunity catalogues.
- Identify areas where AI, agentic workflows, intelligent document processing, or process orchestration can create measurable business value.

Avagama Platform Consulting & Solutioning

- Use Avagama's process intelligence capabilities to analyze process data, mine patterns,



and surface automation and AI applicability.
- Map business requirements to Avagama's agentic orchestration, IDP, and decision-intelligence modules to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Build solution architectures and present them to customer CxO / IT leadership with transparent ROI articulation.
- Identify where agentic AI agents should be deployed versus rule-based automation, and design hybrid orchestration strategies.

Solution Build & Delivery Ownership

- Own the hands-on build of Avagama-based solutions - configure agents, define orchestration workflows, set up IDP pipelines, and integrate with enterprise systems (SAP, ERPs, CRMs, custom APIs).
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents that perform multi-step enterprise tasks: approvals, reconciliations, exception handling, document classification, and data extraction.
- Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers for model tuning, prompt engineering, and performance optimization where custom AI components are required.
- Ensure solution quality through structured testing, UAT coordination, and go-live support.

Client Engagement & Value Realization

- Serve as the primary consultant on customer engagements - own the relationship from discovery through steady-state handover.
- Build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with client KPIs.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions for client teams on deployed solutions.
- Produce engagement artifacts: process assessment reports, opportunity catalogues, solution design documents, and post-deployment value reports.





Pre-Sales & Practice Contribution

- Support pre-sales with discovery-driven scoping, effort estimation, and proposal inputs.
- Contribute to Avagama's positioning - case studies, competitive intelligence, demo scenarios, and sales training content.
- Feed product insights back to the platform engineering team based on real-world deployment learnings.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

- 4–8 years of experience in business consulting, process consulting, or technology consulting in an enterprise context.
- Demonstrate ability to independently run discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping exercises.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: process mining tools, RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), or intelligent automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems - SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP), or equivalent ERP/CRM landscapes.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts - LLMs, prompt engineering, document AI, and agentic AI patterns (tool use, ReAct, multi-agent orchestration).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete solution designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfort presenting to CxO audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with SAP integration technologies - BTP, SAP AI Core, Joule, ArchiveLink, VIM, or xECM.
- Familiarity with GCP Document AI, Azure Document Intelligence, or AWS Textract.
- Prior experience building or configuring AI agents or multi-agent orchestration systems.
- Exposure to industry domains such as BFSI, manufacturing, energy, retail, or facilities management.
- Certifications in SAP, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or any cloud AI/ML specialization.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
