- Primarily an AI Engineer who is skilled in playing the role of a Transformation BA. Expertise in using AI technologies in regular Transformation BA work to understand project requirements and worked on AI project delivery
- Worked in the integration of AI solutions into existing business processes, research, and planning. Strong understanding of AI applications in business contexts, including data monetization platforms and large language models.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with the AI Assistant platform, including login, navigation, and document generation problems.
- Able to create end-to-end interfaces for seamless interaction with AI agents, including multi-modal inputs such as voice.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning,



with a focus on Generative AI solutions

Skills:

- Experience in implementing solutions with LLM/Agent frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Langchain, Autogen, Langgraph, Crew AI

Understanding about how to do Function calling/tool calling/ API calling, chunking process, hallucination, finetuning, tokenization

- Experience in implementing RAG based Gen AI solutions, creating the Knowledge Layer for AI Agents (Vector DB, Knowledge Graph)
- Experience in Banking – good to have if any
- Robust communication and collaboration abilities
