Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Spanish Language) to work on a full-time basis. The role requires strong analytical and English comprehension skills, with the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks. Candidates must conduct online research, validate claims, and collaborate with large language models (LLMs) to solve analytical puzzles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer a variety of analytical questions and create scenarios that train LLMs to improve their performance.
- Provide correct answers and detailed explanations for model errors, such as analyzing sales distribution trends across locations.
- Solve logical puzzles involving constraints, for example determining delivery sequences for a postman across neighborhoods.
- Conduct online research to verify information presented in source content and annotate findings for model training.
- Deliver constructive feedback and detailed annotations to guide model fine‑tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Multilingual capability in English and Spanish is mandatory for interpreting and summarizing content.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to break down complex data sets and identify meaningful patterns.
- Proven research ability to locate, evaluate, and validate information from online sources.
- Creative and lateral thinking to devise novel scenarios that challenge and improve LLM behavior.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating findings, explanations, and feedback clearly.
