AI Architect – Interviewer & Trainer

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect . The primary responsibility will be to conduct technical interviews for AI/GenAI professionals and deliver AI-related technical training.

Responsibilities

- Conduct technical interviews for AI, Generative AI, LLM, and AI Engineering roles.
- Assess candidates on AI architecture, solution design, hands-on implementation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Prepare and conduct architecture-level and scenario-based technical discussions.
- Evaluate candidates' technical depth across modern AI/GenAI technologies.
- Deliver technical training sessions on AI and Generative AI concepts and implementation.
- Develop practical exercises, use cases, and technical learning content.
- Mentor engineers and professionals on enterprise AI solution design and implementation.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in AI / Generative AI / LLMs.




- Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and enterprise AI applications.
- Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and AI Agents / Agentic AI.
- Experience with LLM APIs and AI application integrations.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Knowledge of frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, scalability, security, and production-ready AI architectures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as an AI Architect, GenAI Architect, AI/ML Architect, AI Solution Architect, Principal AI Engineer, or GenAI Technical Lead.
- Previous experience conducting technical interviews for AI/GenAI roles.
- Experience delivering corporate AI/technical training or workshops.
- Experience mentoring AI/ML/GenAI engineering teams.
