About The Job:

- As part of the enterprise transformation journey, we are looking for an AI Agent Engineering Lead / Subject Matter Expert in building and scaling agentic AI solutions, specifically Atlassian Rovo agents and GitLab Agentic Duo agents.

- This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and rolling out AI agents across the enterprise to drive productivity, automation, and engineering efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Atlassian Rovo and GitLab Agentic Duo platforms.

- Act as the enterprise SME for agentic AI capabilities, defining patterns, best practices, and guardrails.

- Drive enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of AI agents across engineering, QA, DevOps, and other functions.

- Contributing in defining agent architectures, workflows, prompts, integrations, and governance models.

- Continuously evaluate new agentic AI capabilities and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

- Exp
- 5-8 years

Must‐Have Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in AI agent creation and orchestration.

- Experience working with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Rovo) and/or GitLab tooling.

- Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and orchestration patterns.





- Ability to design AI agents that integrate with engineering workflows, repositories, pipelines, and collaboration tools.

- Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between technical and business teams.

Nice‐to‐Have Skills & Experience

- Prior experience building agentic AI solutions beyond POCs, in production environments.

- Exposure to DevSecOps, QE, or SDLC automation use cases.
