Role & responsibilities-

- Lead end-to-end Plumbing MEP execution across project sites.

- Review and coordinate plumbing layouts, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical submittals.

- Manage systems including water supply, drainage, sewage, storm water, rainwater harvesting, pumps, tanks and associated plumbing services.

- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Architecture, Consultants and Contractors for integrated MEP execution.

- Monitor contractors/subcontractors for quality, progress, safety and adherence to approved drawings/specifications.

- Manage material approvals, procurement, vendor/subcontractor evaluation and technical coordination.

- Ensure execution as per project schedules, approved designs, applicable codes and statutory requirements.

- Resolve site-level technical issues and coordinate with consultants for design clarifications.





- Monitor measurements, variations, project costs and other commercial aspects related to plumbing works.

- Lead testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover of plumbing systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

- 1525 years of experience, with significant experience in real estate projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in Plumbing MEP execution for large-scale residential/commercial developments.

- Valuable knowledge of plumbing design, execution, coordination, procurement and contractor management.

- Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
