About The Job:

Core Python (Primary Focus)

- Advanced Python (3.11+): typing, data classes, async/await, context managers/decorators, generators
- Packaging and environments: uv, Poetry
- Testing: pytest, fixtures, mocking, coverage, property-based testing (Hypothesis)

- Code quality: Ruff, mypy/pyright, Black, pre-commit hooks
- Data handling: Pydantic v2, Polars, JSON/YAML parsing, structured logging
- Exception handling, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization

- SOLID principles, clean code, design patterns, and maintainable architecture
- Concurrency and parallelism: asyncio, threading, multiprocessing

Agentic AI Development (Primary Focus)
- Agent Frameworks: Strands Agents SDK, LangChain/LangGraph, or equivalent
- Building tools/functions for agents (` @tool` patterns, schemas, input validation)
- Designing agentic workflows: single-agent loops, multi-agent orchestration (Graph, Swarm, Agent-as-Tool, A2A)
- Creating and maintaining agents, skills, and reusable tool libraries
- Model integration: Client Bedrock
- Prompt engineering, context management, memory, and state persistence
- Agent observability: tracing, evaluation, guardrails, cost/token management
- RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search




- Function/tool calling and structured outputs
- Agent planning, reasoning, task decomposition, and workflow optimization
- Human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows and approval mechanisms
- Agent error recovery, retries, fallback strategies, and state management
- AI evaluation frameworks, prompt/version management, and regression testing
- LLM security: prompt injection prevention, data leakage protection, and output validation

Supporting Skills (Primary Focus)
- Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions
- CI/CD pipelines and automated quality checks
- Secure coding: secrets handling, input validation, error handling
- Workplace/configuration management
