About The Job:
- Develop & deploy enterprise AI agents for various domains.
Essential Job Functions:
- Build agents using Semantic Kernel & AutoGen, AGent Kit builder from Microsoft
- Develop reasoning, memory, and tool-calling capability
- Build connectors to enterprise systems (APIs, DBs, SharePoint, etc.)
- Implement feedback loops & agent evaluation metrics
- Support industry agent pilots (Disaster Recovery/Healthcare/Manufacturing)
Qualifications
- Agentic AI Developer (4-8 yrs)
Skills
- Python/Node, AI SDKs (Semantic Kernel/AutoGen/AgentKit)
- RAG pipelines, vector search, embedding models
- Tool-calling, planning, LLM API integration
