JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomously performing tasks, reasoning through complex problems, interacting with external systems, and executing business workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG, AI automation, Python, APIs, n8n, GitHub, and modern AI frameworks.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions, including AI agents, multi-agent systems, intelligent assistants, RAG applications, and automated business workflows across various technology and business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Develop agent workflows capable of planning, reasoning, decision-making, tool calling, and task execution.
- Build AI agents that can interact with external tools, APIs, databases, applications, and business systems.
- Develop and automate complex business workflows using n8n.
- Design n8n workflows integrating AI agents with REST APIs, webhooks, databases, SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, websites, and internal applications.
- Develop AI-powered automation workflows combining LLMs, APIs, business logic, and external tools.
- Integrate AI agents with internal software, databases, ERP, CRM, websites, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications and knowledge systems.
- Build AI chatbots, copilots, intelligent assistants, research agents, and workflow automation solutions.
- Design and implement memory, context management, prompt engineering, function calling, and tool-calling capabilities.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to develop intelligent AI applications.
- Design and optimize vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Implement mechanisms for AI agent monitoring, evaluation, testing, logging, and performance optimization.
- Develop appropriate guardrails, validation, error handling, retry mechanisms, and fallback workflows for production AI systems.
- Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready.
- Use GitHub for source-code management, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking, and collaborative development.
- Maintain clean, documented, and reusable code and workflow repositories.
- Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization.
- Evaluate emerging Agentic AI technologies and recommend practical solutions that create measurable business value.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Programming & Software Development:

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and API integrations.




- Experience with database integration and backend development.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and scalable application design.
- Strong knowledge of software development, debugging, testing, and deployment practices.

Agentic AI & LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience with one or more:

- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- LlamaIndex
- OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM platforms
- Anthropic Claude APIs or equivalent

Generative AI & LLMs:

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization.
- Function Calling / Tool Calling.
- Context management and context optimization.
- AI memory systems.
- Structured output generation.
- Model evaluation and optimization.
- Understanding of agent planning, reasoning, and task execution.

RAG & Knowledge Systems:

- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Embeddings and semantic search.
- Knowledge retrieval and document processing.
- Knowledge graphs is an advantage.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or similar technologies.
- Workflow Automation – n8n:
- Strong hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation.
- Ability to design and implement complex AI-driven n8n workflows.
- Experience working with n8n triggers, nodes, webhooks, HTTP requests, APIs, databases, conditional logic, and automation workflows.
- Experience integrating n8n with LLMs, AI agents, SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and internal applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production n8n workflows.
- Knowledge of JavaScript within n8n workflows is an advantage.
- Git & GitHub:
- Solid working knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Experience with Git branching and repository management.
- Pull Requests, code reviews, merge conflict resolution, and collaborative development.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions / CI-CD is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain well-structured and documented AI projects on GitHub.

Cloud & Deployment:

- Knowledge of:
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Docker and containerization.
- Kubernetes is preferred.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Production application deployment and observability.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- Experience developing production-grade Agentic AI applications.
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent AI systems.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and business workflows.
- Strong experience with n8n-based AI automation.
- Experience building chatbots, AI assistants, copilots, research agents, or autonomous workflow systems.
- Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, HRMS, e-commerce, or other enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).




- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, and AI governance.
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring.
- QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or strong practical experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or AI Automation will be an advantage.
