Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Generate business through the agency sales channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Support agents in lead generation, sales conversion, and policy issuance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
