We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency / Unit Manager to drive the agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the agency network, and ensuring high productivity of advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents
- Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Monitor and improve the performance of advisors
- Provide on-field training and joint sales support
- Build strong relationships with advisors and customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Plan and execute strategies to increase market penetration
