Role Description The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baripada, responsible for developing and managing the life insurance agency channel. This position involves recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring agency partners, setting performance targets, and supporting them to achieve sales and revenue goals. The role includes planning and executing local sales and marketing activities, tracking daily and monthly performance metrics,



and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.

The Agency Development

Manager will build strong relationships with agency partners and customers, provide ongoing training on products and sales techniques, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and service issues. Regular field visits, reviews, and reporting are integral to the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales development, agency management, and relationship building with distribution partners.
- Ability to plan and execute local marketing activities, drive business growth, and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in customer engagement.
- Capability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve productivity.
- Understanding of life insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements (experience in insurance or financial services preferred).
