- Support customers via calls emails

- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate product-related support

- Resolve issues including returns, repairs, and order tracking

- Coordinate with internal teams ensure customer satisfaction

Key skills

- Robust Knowledge of Musical Instruments Studio Equipment - Good understanding of musical instruments, pro-audio, studio equipment,



and their basic technical functioning, with the ability to troubleshoot common customer issues and provide accurate product-related support.

- Strong in communication and problem-solving

- Customer-focused by default

- CRM experience is a bonus (Zoho or equivalent)
