- As the CDP Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing architectural designs for a complete view of our customers within the Customer Data Platform CDP.
- You will be responsible for leading the deployment of the Adobe CDP solution, finalizing roadmap, and hands-on involvement within the platform.
- This role will require collaboration with Clients Markets stakeholders to build capabilities for personalization, segmentation, data synchronization, and privacy management, enabling seamless integration with the CDP to drive exponential growth.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead management and administration of the Adobe Real-time CDP and related toolkit.
- Provide architectural leadership and support for the platform as required by business requirements.
- Collaborate on the management and optimization of data pipelines to and from Adobe CDP.
- Source systems will be e.g. Brand websites, D2C, CRM apps, offline campaign datasets etc.




- Provide guidance on segment-building and assist in performing dynamic customer-level analysis.
- Form Consumers Golden Records in Adobe CDP solution and enrich the same on an ongoing basis with website user behaviour data etc.
- Apply customer record de-dup and stitching rules etc to have high-quality Consumer Golden Records.
- Diagnose and resolve functional issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain overall architecture documentation.
- Coordinate with privacy and compliance teams on proper handling of consumer PII.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, and other stakeholders.
- Interface with specific SMEs and business teams across CRM, MarTech, and AdTech to gather business requirements and define technical architecture for enhanced customer experiences and innovative marketing data solutions.
- Manage the day-to-day work of onshore and offshore developers, acting as their technical lead and offering solutions as needed.
- Deliver innovative ideas to solve customer needs.
- Engage in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.

Qualifications:

- Experience – 7+ years to 10 years (relevant)
