Role OverviewArshiya Infosolutions is looking for an experienced Affiliate & Publisher Delivery Manager to build and manage a strong publisher network for our Mobile VAS and digital subscription campaigns.

The role will focus on affiliate acquisition, publisher relationships, campaign distribution, delivery, optimisation and revenue generation across domestic and international markets.

The candidate should already understand the affiliate ecosystem and preferably have an active network of publishers capable of delivering mobile, telecom, subscription, content or performance traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, onboard and manage affiliates, publishers, media partners and performance networks.
- Build an active publisher base across India and international MVAS markets.
- Distribute relevant campaigns to publishers based on GEO, traffic type, operator and conversion potential.
- Manage campaigns on commercial models such as CPA, CPS, CPL, CPI, CPL and revenue share.
- Drive publisher activation and ensure consistent campaign delivery.
- Negotiate payouts, volumes and campaign commercials with publishers.
- Communicate campaign briefs, allowed traffic sources, GEOs, operator requirements, creatives and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor publisher-wise clicks, conversions, subscriptions, CPA, approval rates and revenue.
- Identify top-performing affiliates and develop strategies to increase their volumes.
- Reactivate dormant publishers and continuously acquire recent delivery partners.
- Ensure publisher traffic complies with campaign and telecom/operator guidelines.
- Identify fraudulent, misleading, incentivised or non-compliant traffic where prohibited.
- Coordinate tracking links, postbacks, reporting and reconciliation with technical and operations teams.




- Manage publisher queries related to tracking, conversions, campaign caps, payouts and performance.
- Work closely with business development teams to match available campaigns with publisher demand and capabilities.
- Maintain regular publisher communication through email, LinkedIn, Skype, Telegram, WhatsApp and other relevant industry channels.
- Attend and network at relevant affiliate, telecom, ad-tech and MVAS conferences where required.

Required Skills
- Strong existing network of affiliates/publishers is highly preferred.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, mobile performance or MVAS campaign delivery.
- Understanding of CPA, CPS, CPL, CPI and Revenue Share models.
- Strong publisher acquisition and relationship-management skills.
- Understanding of tracking links, postbacks, attribution and affiliate platforms.
- Ability to understand conversion reports and optimise publisher delivery.
- Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of international traffic and GEO-specific campaign delivery.
