NRoles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the assigned real estate site. N
- Drive the sales team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
- Monitor daily site visits, walk-ins, bookings, conversions, and revenue performance. N
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and conversion ratios. N
- Personally handle and close high-value and critical customer transactions. N
- Develop effective salesstrategies to increase site visits and bookings. N
- Coordinate closely withthe marketing team to ensure proper lead generation and campaign execution. N
- Ensure timely follow-upof all leads and maintain robust lead management practices. N
- Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings with the team. N




- Track individual team performance and provide necessary guidance and training. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders. N
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, CRM, Marketing, and other internal departments. N
- Maintain accurate salesreports, MIS, inventory status, booking details, and revenue updates. N
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. N
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the Mulund and surrounding real estate market. N
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies at the site. N
- Take complete ownershipof the site's overall sales performance and business growth. N
