Key Responsibilities-

Design and develop scalable web applications using AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.

Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, editable templates, dialogs, workflows, content fragments, and experience fragments.

Build backend services using Java, J2EE, Sling Models, Sling Servlets, OSGi services, Apache Sling, and JCR.

Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS or Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and HTL (Sightly).

Integrate AEM with third-party applications and services using REST APIs, GraphQL, and Adobe Experience Platform services.

Configure and customize Digital Asset Management (DAM), Multi-Site Manager (MSM), workflows, and content synchronization.

Participate in technical design, estimation, code reviews, troubleshooting, and architecture discussions.

Promote code quality through unit testing, secure coding practices, performance optimization, and engineering standards.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, solution architects, designers, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Support build and deployment activities using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Adobe Cloud Manager, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills-

AEM & Backend Development

4+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.

Robust knowledge of AEM 6.5 or AEM as a Cloud Service, Sling Models, OSGi,



Servlets, Apache Sling, JCR, HTL, content fragments, experience fragments, DAM, MSM, workflows, and Dispatcher.

Proficiency in Java and J2EE, with experience developing RESTful services and enterprise integrations.

Understanding of AEM security, user permissions, authentication, authorization, and SSO concepts.

Front-End Development

Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS or Angular.

Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 or SCSS, and responsive web development.

Experience integrating modern front-end applications with AEM, including SPA Editor or headless implementations.

Working knowledge of accessibility, SEO, browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.

DevOps & Engineering Tools

Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager and cloud-based deployment processes.

Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production support.

Good to Have-

Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.

GraphQL, Next.js, Node.js, microservices, or micro-frontend architecture.

Cloud platform experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with AEM migrations, multilingual websites, localization, or large-scale multi-site implementations.
