Job Summary

Gaurav Builders is looking for an experienced Revenue Advocate to handle land, property, and revenue-related legal matters for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle revenue and land-related legal matters.
- Manage cases and proceedings before Tehsil, Patwari, SDM, Collector, and other revenue authorities.
- Handle matters related to mutation, diversion, demarcation, partition, land records, and ownership.
- Conduct legal scrutiny and verification of land and property documents.
- Provide legal opinions on land acquisition, property transactions, and development projects.
- Handle land disputes, objections, notices, and revenue proceedings.




- Coordinate with government and revenue authorities for land-related matters.
- Ensure proper compliance with applicable revenue and land laws.

Eligibility & Experience

- LL.B. degree with valid Bar Council enrollment.
- Practical experience in Revenue and Land Laws.
- Solid knowledge of Chhattisgarh revenue procedures and land records.
- Experience in handling matters before Tehsil, SDM, Collectorate, and other revenue offices.
- Experience with a real estate/builder organization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
